Kaunas Plastic Surgery Meeting

I really enjoyed the professional topics on the first day, but the biggest surprise for me was the second day, especially the clinical philosophy session. I honestly did not expect it to be the highlight of the conference, but it was. I heard so many interesting ideas that are not often shared with doctors, even though they are so relevant to what we do.

As a plastic surgery student, I honestly found the conference really useful. There were so many practical tips and real-life insights that you don't get from lectures or textbooks. Hearing experienced surgeons speak openly about their work and what it is actually like in practice made the whole experience much more interesting and relevant to me.

A big thank you to Andrius for organising such a great event. It was a wonderful opportunity not only to meet colleagues outside the operating room, but also to exchange practical knowledge and experiences from our everyday work. We definitely need more events like this.

What I appreciated most was how open and honest the discussions were. The speakers shared real experiences, including the challenges they face in practice, which made the sessions both useful and relatable. I came away with new ideas that I can actually apply in my work.

KPSM was a great mix of professional learning and meaningful conversations. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and it was easy to connect with people who share the same interests and challenges.
